Complete The Registration Procedure

Steps for Registration:

1. Visit the Nearest BISP Office
   Go to the closest BISP office in your city.
2. Provide Documents at the Registration Desk
   Once at the office, meet the BISP staff at the registration desk. Share your identity card and child’s birth certificate (Bay Form).
3. Receive a Token
   The staff will check your documents and give you a token to proceed with the NSER survey.
4. Proceed to the Registration Room
   Use the token to enter the registration room, where a BISP computer operator will assist you.
5. Answer Questions
   The operator will ask you some questions to complete your registration form.
6. Fingerprint Verification
   After filling out the form, they will take your fingerprints to complete the verification.
7. Get SMS Confirmation
   Once the process is complete, you will receive an SMS from 8171 confirming that your survey registration is done.
8. Eligibility Notification
   After verifying your information, BISP will send an SMS to inform you if you are eligible for the program.

   • In the first box, type your ID card number without dashes or spaces.
   • In the second box, enter the captcha code exactly as shown on the screen.
