Chief Minister Punjab announced free distribution of cows and buffaloes to widows and divorced women through livestock cards.The scheme will provide free cows and buffaloes to divorced women and widows below the age of 55 years.
- Registration for this program has started. If you are eligible for this scheme then register.For registration visit your nearest veterinary clinic with husband’s death certificate or divorce certificate copy and ID card copy and registered mobile number SIM.
- All information will be registered there and after registration the government will distribute cows and buffaloes to them.The objective of this program is to empower the poor widows and divorced women of Punjab.Through this scheme they will be given free cows and buffaloes and will also be given the cost of rearing and fodder to empower women.
