Eligibility Criteria for the Himmat Card 2024
Necessary conditions for eligibility criteria for Hemat Card are laid down by the Govt. To get the courage card they have to fulfill the criteria given below.
- Persons with disabilities who are not fit for work.
- Persons with disabilities must have disability certification from Social Welfare of Punjab.
- Applicants must be a resident of Punjab province.
- I belong to low income families.
- Applicants should not be part of PSPA, BISP (Benazir Income Support Program), Zakat Fund, Baytul Mal, or any other program.
- Update applicant information (CNIC, address, mobile number, education and experience, etc.) in DPMIS.

Online Application Process Himmat Card
The procedure for registration in Hemat Card is as follows:
- To register online first, click on the link https://swd.punjab.gov.pk/himmatcard.
- After that, open the registration form and enter your complete information.
- Then attach the required documents (CNIC, proof of disability, PMT results, or relevant records).
- After that press the “Submit” button.
- Your information will be verified and if you are eligible, you will receive a courage card.
Offline Application for Himmat Card
The procedure to apply offline for Himat Card is as follows:
- Visit the nearest social welfare office to submit the application.
- Carry the required documents like identity card, disability certificate etc. with you.
- Before there you will take the registration form and enter your complete information in it.
- Then you attach your required documents and submit the registration form.
- After the application is submitted, the application will go through the verification process.
- If you qualify, you will need Rs 10,500 to open a bank account which you can withdraw from any bank or ATM.
