Eligibility Criteria

If you belong to a minority community, here are the rules to get this card, which are set by the Punjab government to help poor and deserving families. If you want to apply, you need to meet these requirements:

1. You must live in Punjab and belong to the Christian, Hindu, Sikh, or other minority religions.
2. You must be over 18 years old and have an identity card.
3. You should have a mobile phone registered in your name for the registration process.
4. Your PMT score should be 45 or lower.

   • If you have never done your NSER survey and don’t know your PMT score, you can complete both at the same time during registration.
5. You cannot be receiving help from other financial aid programs, such as BISP or PSPA.
6. You should not be working in any government job.
7. The monthly income of your family must be less than 50,000.

Procedure To Complete Online Registration

• After that, you will be asked about your job history. Lastly, provide your home address and any other required details.
• Once you’ve filled out all the information, click the “Submit” button to complete your registration.
• After registering, if you meet all the requirements, you will be notified by SMS or phone call. Then, you will be eligible for a quarterly stipend.
