Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has issued a Himat card for disabled people under the Bank of Punjab. The Himat card program of the government of Pakistan is a huge aid program. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a disability certificate approved by the Punjab Social Welfare Department to be eligible for the program in order to register for Himat Card.
- To qualify for this program, the applicant must have a poverty score of less than 30 percent
- The applicant should not be a government employee, if he/she is a government employee, he/she will not be eligible for this program
- To be eligible for this program, the applicant must have a National Identity Card approved by the Government of Pakistan
- To be eligible for this program it is necessary that the applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab then he/she will be eligible for this scheme otherwise he/she will be disqualified.

Registration Process
Registration Through the PWD App
If you want to get registered in Himmat card then Punjab government has launched an app called PWD through which you can get registered in Himmat card.
Step.1: To register in this way, first of all you have to go to Google Play Store or App Store, you have to search for a PWD app in the search bar of the installing app, then you will be shown some results there. You have to select a PWD app which is developed by Punjab IT Board and from there you have to install this app.
Step.2: After installing the app create your account and after creating the account this app has to login to your account
Step.3: After login you will be shown the registration form doctor appointment and other options from there you have to click on the registration form.
Step.4: When you click on the registration form, a form will appear in front of you, in this form you have to enter all the information that is asked in it.
Step.5: After providing all the information you have to click on the submit option to complete your registration process thus the registration process will be completed.
If you qualify for this program, you will be provided with an amount of Rs 10,500 every three months by the government.

Registration Through DHQ Hospital
Step.1: You have to go to the hospital to register through DHQ Hospital
Step.2: When you go to the hospital for registration, you need to carry all your necessary documents with you
Step.3: When you go to the hospital, you will have to meet a doctor there. The doctor will check your disability status and if you are disabled, he will issue you a disability certificate from the Punjab Social Welfare Department.
Step.4: Once you get the disability certificate, you will then be provided with a form for registration of Hamat Card from the DHQ reception representative.
Step.5: In this form the applicant has to enter all the personal information that is asked in it
Step.6: After entering all the information you have to return the form to the representative to submit the form thus the registration process will be completed.
And you will be provided Hamat Card on the date fixed by Punjab Government
