Benazir Education Scholarship Program is an aid program under which the government of Pakistan provides financial assistance to provide education facilities to the children of poor families. This educational scholarship increases with the level of education, it continues to increase up to the primary middle matric level. To make a birth form, the child’s mother should take her identity card and go to the nearest Nadara office and get her child’s birth form from there.

Why is NADRA Form B Important?
One of the important documents for registration in Benazir Education Wazifa Program is Nadira Bay Form. This form is very important as it serves as proof of identity of the child and it is the most important to verify the eligibility of the child for the scholarship. Therefore, the Bay Form issued by NADRA must be there. Apart from NADRA Form B, another important document required is the BISP School Confirmation Slip
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for this scheme, the mother of the applicant child must be registered under the Benazir Income Support Program
- To be eligible for this program, the child must be enrolled in a government school from primary to higher secondary level.
- Only those students who have at least 70% attendance in school will be eligible for this programme
- To be eligible for this program the age criteria for primary level should be 4 to 12 years and for secondary level 13 to 18 years.
- Under this program girls are provided more stipend than boys

Registration Process

The following steps have to be followed
Step.1: In order to register in this program, the applicant has to make a child’s bay form
Step.2: When you make the child’s Bay Form, then you have to get a confirmation slip from the Tehsil Office of Benazir Income Support Program.
Step.3: When you get the confirmation slip from Benazir Income Support Program, this confirmation slip has to be taken to the child’s school.
Step.4: This confirmation slip will be given to the principal. The principal must confirm that your child is attending school regularly.
Step.5: After filling this confirmation slip, you have to submit this confirmation slip to Benazir Income Support Program office, thus the registration process will be completed.
