This cash conditional program, Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program is designed to increase the access of children of the Kafalat, BISP beneficiaries to higher secondary education. Eligibility Criteria

Before going into the registration process, one needs to know the eligibility criteria for the program. It is a conditional cash transfer program in nature, and the beneficiary must meet specific requirements the government has defined in their benefits:

Mother’s Status: The child’s mother must be a habitual beneficiary of the Benazir Kafalat program.

Registration at NADRA: Children must have a Bay Form issued by NADRA.

Enrolled in School: The child should enroll in school in any school of the government.

Age Group: Children between 4 to 22 years of age

Disability: If the child is suffering from any disability, then a certificate regarding the same is required.

Older Students: Children with more than 18 years of age should have a valid ID card with themselves.

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif New Registration Process

No need to worry if you haven’t registered your child in the Taleemi Wazaif Program so far. The process is pretty simple, and registration may be done by following these six major steps given below in order to successfully complete the registration process:

Visit the BISP Office: In the first place, take the child with whom one wants to get registered along and head off to the nearest BISP office.

Following documents need to be submitted in the Office: This includes producing the birth certificate of your child and mobile number of the head of the house in the front of that respective officer.

Enrollment Slip: The officer will enroll your child and an enrollment slip will be issued.

School Verification: Next, you need to go to your child’s school with an enrollment slip. You will need to fill up the details that are required by you, which also include the details from the class teacher of your child and the headmaster of that school.

Submit Enrollment Slip: After filling up, resubmit the slip to the BISP office.

Stipend Release: If BISP finds your slip satisfactory and authentic, then the stipend for your child will be released and transferred to you.

Important Instructions for Parents

If you have recently registered your child, there are a few things to remember to ensure that your stipend is paid continuously:

She must be in school for at least 70 percent of the school period. If such a percentage cannot be maintained, the stipend is automatically suspended until corrected.

Change of School If you move and your child changes school, please let the BISP office know of the change of address. Failure to notify will likely result in having the stipend stopped.
