- To be eligible for this program, applicant women must be registered in the gram on unobserved income support and children must be less than two years of age.
- The poverty score must be less than 32 to be eligible for this program
- Women applicants must be registered with BISP and their BISP account must be restored before they can be eligible for this program.

Registration Process
Only those women who are registered in the Benazir Income Support Program can register in this program. To register, you have to follow the following steps.
Step.1: First you have to visit your nearest registration centre which is set up at government offices or health facilities
Step.2: You also need to bring your necessary documents to apply
Step.3: When you visit the nearest centres you will get a registration form from there you have to enter all the information that is asked in this registration form.
Step.4: After entering all the information in the registration form, you have to submit the registration form there
